The Executive Function system is like the brain’s CEO or Air traffic control center.

Executive function refers to a set of cognitive processes that are responsible for guiding and managing various cognitive tasks, behaviors, and emotions to achieve goals. In a nutshell, executive function is self-direction for a future goal. 

These functions are crucial for daily life activities, learning, and social interactions.

When an individual develops age appropriate Executive Function skills, it allows them to achieve the following:
